Say It (Over And Over Again)
John Coltrane

ychr:

Say It (Over And Over Again), from Ballads (1963), John Coltrane.

Depressed. The monotony and the lack of freedom is unbearable.

Dvorak is my favorite composer for this and the New World Symphony.

Dear reader, does it occur to you that speaking English and living in a nuclear-armed country is a huge privilege?

Maybe I’ll turn this blog into a computer science/engineering thing when I’m done.

okay, i just realized that i hadn’t been able to view responses to replies because i’ve never bothered to search my own blog name

sorry.

socialistrealist:

it isn’t hunnic by the way. it’s a language called chuvash, which is apparently the closest language to the now extinct hunnic.

yeah i’d be pretty impressed if pure hunnic managed to survive this long given what i know about the huns

The voice actor for Sejong’s kind of horrible. His dialogue is not what you’d expect from a 15th-century monarch, and the pronunciation is funny. I’m guessing that he was a second-generation immigrant who is not a professional voice actor.

Ever play with Dido, by the way? She has the worst voice actor in-game, in my opinion.

Yo why tf did a dead ass Joan Rivers make a Facebook status about the iPhone 6. The internet is out of hand.

This is crazy. Evidence that you can’t trust shit celebrities say about products.

"This post appeared — briefly — on Joan’s Facebook page Friday morning … clearly the result of a pre-negotiated deal with Apple."

large countries, man.

how come we’re stuck with fifty million people in a 70% mountainous region the size of kansas? how come canada has less people than south korea with ninety times the landmass? must be cold.

better off than singapore, i guess. or, say, bangladesh.

i want rolling hills and forests and suburbs and shit.

Getting up at 5am to revise Maths, because I need an A for Oxford/Warwick, my dream universities, and I WILL get that. Sacrifices must be made for the things you want, such as sleep or reading in the morning. Just that one extra hour of studying could be the difference between getting into your dream university and being rejected, so make the right decisions.

and one less hour of sleep could literally ruin the living shit out of your clarity of mind thus leading to the extra hour awake being utterly useless.
keep the same sleep hours (7+ hours) and sacrifice your entertainment on a night if you’re going to do that. Sleep is very important for clarity of mind and being able to think mathematically. I find if my mind is not clear when doing maths, it all goes wrong. It seems to be a thing for a lot of people too.
